I'd be doing that house up, living in it & renting a couple of rooms out the way from my living areas Converting the bowling green into dog fields. Due to the playing fields next to it then maybe a little pop up shop for weekends too. What a great opportunity for the price!

The problem is if there was any lessons like that everyone would use them as a chance to not do any work, mess about and basically just have a lesson off or even if people did pay attention by the time they are an adult and have a real job they wouldn’t remember anyway

Yep, renting out property can be stressful at times. I own 3 residential houses and have had 12 tenants, only 2 of those consistently paid on time and weren’t a hassle to deal with. I like the sound of commercial property but don’t have the time
